We have crossed over 25 yrs of our service in architectural consultancy, specializing mainly in residential sector, comprising of a team of professionals & non – professionals, all working intensively to convert a ‘CONCEPT’ into ‘REALITY’.

We value beauty, efficiency, logic, honest expression of materials, and clean lines and forms that allow the architecture- the space, light, materials, spatial relationships - and its inhabitants to thrive. The result is an architecture that is current but timeless, serene yet warm, and uniquely reflective of the values and characters of our clients.

With a mission of sculpting a proper shape to the client’s requirements, we started working in our 225 sq.ft. office ,with full potential & enthusiasm, in March 1996 at kakade Park,Chinchwad.All our projects have one thing in common though – total satisfaction of the client ! Be it a small residence, an interior project or a renovation of a built form! Sometimes, it would be only some triffle matters which needed a proper technical guidance.

Completion of our 16 years was yet another milestone ! We shifted in a 1000 sq.ft. office, with the team continuing to work on the same principles of dedication, hard work and creativity. We are glad to have completed 400 and more projects in our 25 years of work experience.

Adding to our journey is yet another step of forming a sister company ‘Rajas Associates’ in June 2021 currently headed by Ar. Sonali Patil and Mr. Umesh More as Partners, with an aim of providing a platform to our team to take ahead the legacy of the base firm on their own terms and bring their vision to reality!!

Ar. Mrs. A. V. Tapkir

Ar. Tapkir has a vast and varied experience of designing and delivering wide array of architectural projects for over 25 years. She completed her architecture study from B.K.P. S. College of Architecture, Pune. During her practice, she has significantly contributed in defining the architecture, style and planning of Residential and Commercial projects in and around Pune. The most significant concepts of her work are simple elegant designs, timeless architecture and commitment to quality. Her designs shows how plain geometry, layered definition of spaces and passion for quality can create clear and comprehensible spaces. She is a Member of I.I.A., Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune Chapter & AESA, Pune

Mr. Vasant D Tapkir

Mr. Vasant is a multi-faceted personality-a commerce graduate, but with the essence of a designer and a zest for perfection in every detail. His long and diverse experience of over 25 yrs in residential & commercial projects has sharpened his vision to encompass all the aspects of a project in its entirety. He is well aware of current market trends. He is known for his strong technical base & vision of upcoming possibilities based on the current market trend which proves beneficial for his clients. He is an avid traveler and a team builder.

Ar. Mrs. Sonali Patil

With a deep faith and passion for creating beautiful surroundings, she earned her bachelor's degree from Sir J. J. School of Architecture, Mumbai in 2009. She possesses a kind and beautiful soul, serves as a great mentor, has an exceptional sense of design and material, stays updated with the latest trends in the industry, and has a broad perspective for designing a wide range of projects. As a result of these qualities, she has become an integral member of the "LEAD DESIGNER" firm and is now a partner in its sister firm, "RAJAS ASSOCIATES."

Having extensive experience in liasoning, he has spent 8 years in the field mastering the art of gathering information and creating seamless paths for his clients. His unwavering dedication and consistent approach have been instrumental in his recent promotion to a partner at the sister firm "RAJAS ASSOCIATES". His commitment to expanding his knowledge base and providing exceptional service to his clients remains his top priority.
